Just under one and a half months after the release of Beautiful fighter (the Shikabane Hime OP, that you can download here), angela released their twenty-fifth single. Titled Yakusoku, the single commemorates the fifth anniversary of the 2004 mecha anime series, Soukyuu no Fafner. Indeed, angela had done all the Fafner OP and EDs back then. 7.5/10 Yakusoku is a sweet ballad. I really like the song. Angela's singer has an incredible and powerful voice. It's the first ballad I hear from them and frankly I'm quite surprised. I thought the singer's voice really suited their fast-paced tracks, but apparently they're also pretty good at ballads! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Unfortunately I couldn't find any youtube video of the song, so if anyone finds one, please let me know!
