Hokuto no Ken Raoh Gaiden Ten no Haoh ED Single - Namida no Kawa by mina muse

I reviewed the Hokuto no Ken Raoh Gaiden Ten no Haoh ED song by mina☆muse back in November (here). I had nearly forgotten about it... It's nice to have the full song now.

6.5/10 I think it's the first time that my rating has gone down after listening to the full version of a song. I'm not sure why, but the long version didn't convince me that much. I really like mina☆muse's voice but there something about the music and the melody that sounds off (the weird guitar sounds don't help). to me Or maybe it's just that I find the song boring... I prefer the second track of the single, called "Happy Tears". It's a lovely piano ballad with string accompaniment. Now, I'd like to know who mina☆muse really is. Apparently she's hiding her true identity, but is already a well-established singer... Any guesses?

New Series OP and ED - Hokuto no Ken Raoh Gaiden: Ten no Haoh

Hokuto no Ken Raoh Gaiden: Ten no Haoh is the new Fist of the North Star anime. I've a heard a lot about the Fist of the North Star, but have never actually watched the old series. This new anime is getting awful reviews... So I don't think I'll be watching it anytime soon.

Based on Youkow Osada's Ten no Haoh - Hokuto no Ken Raoh Gaiden manga spinoff. Unlike most of the previous Fist of the North Star anime, this story focuses not on the protagonist Kenshiro, but on the early life of his oldest brother and frequent enemy Raoh. Osada's manga ran from 2006 to 2007 in Comic Bunch magazine and was compiled into five volumes. (source: Anime News Network)



5.5/10 The Opening Theme song is called Nageki no Endless by jealkb. J-Rock again! I don't have much to say about this one except "endoless, endoless..." Hahaha... You can download the full OP single here.




7/10 The Ending Theme song is Namida no Kawa by mina☆muse. It's a nice ballad sung by a very talented singer. Can't wait to hear the full version of the song.
