The ink is finally dry on Christina Applegate's divorce from actor Jonathon Scaech, according to papers filed yesterday in LA Superior Court. Schaech cited irreconcilable differences. The couple's decision to split in December 2005 was mutual, says a rep. The pair have had a relatively amicable divorce, without bickering over property and finances. Applegate will keep both their LA homes and the Lexus; Scaech keeps the Mercedes Benz and requested custody of their cement Buddha.source
