But the pair don't just share their blonde hair and attractive smiles - they both also look painfully thin.
The sisters revealed their skeletal frames as they soaked up the sun in Miami yesterday.
Despite the smiles their bikinis revealed their frail shape, with their collar bones and ribs jutting out.
During their beach trip 90210 star AnnaLynne, 22, came to her big sister's aid when Angel's stripy bikini top slipped off as she sunbathed on the beach.
The pair swam out to sea, where they disrobed under the water and swapped bikinis.
When they came back out AnnaLynne was wearing the stripy bikini, which fitted her better than her taller sister.
The two had walked to South Beach a mile down the boardwalk from the Fontainebleau Resort where they were staying.
AnnaLynne claims she has never needed to diet, instead sticking to eating healthily.
Backing up her claims, she and her model sister Angel each tucked into a greasy burger as they lay on their sunbeds.
AnnaLynne recently told Shape magazine that rather than visiting the gym she walks in the canyons around Los Angeles and enjoys belly-dancing to stay in shape.
'My sister and I went to the library and looked over their DVD collection and discovered Neena and Veena, these Egyptian twins who have a whole series of belly dancing routines,' she said. 'We did them all.'
But AnnaLynne did admit she sometimes skipped meals, due to her busy work schedules.
She said she eats an egg sandwich or French toast for breakfast then grazes on slices of fresh pepper or a low-fat turkey sandwich with a dinner of vegetable soup or chicken.
AnnaLynne claims she does indulge in a little junk food - maybe once or twice a week, with her favourite being Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza.
'My mom told me she used to eat one every single day when she was pregnant with me. I'm like, "Mom, you're the reason I'm totally addicted to Taco Bell."'
