One-time Lindsay Lohan beau Harry Morton has filed suit against...well, he's not exactly sure. The Pink Taco chain owner filed papers in LA on Thursday suing a "Jane Doe," whom he claims posted nude photographs of one of his friends on a MySpace page along with a false statement that the friend had AIDS. Morton claims to have suffered "emotional distress" and "lost business" after the pictures were posted and has been forced to "rehabilitate his reputation." He is also reportedly working with MySpace.com to identify the Jane Doe.source
