Georgia Rule director Garry Marshall came clean about the infamous Lindsay Lohan reprimand he issued last year. "Once somebody walks on my set, it's my problem, but we can't go chasing them," the famed director said at the movie's NYC premiere last night. "This film is low-budget. We can't lose days... Tough love is a part of this business - she missed a day on the second week of shooting." Marshall had Morgan Creek Productions CEO James Robinson send the Mean Girls actress a stern letter that referred to her "all-night heavy partying" and "so-called exhaustion." "Jim wrote the memo, and she came the next day and we were fine," Marshall said. Marshall also weighed in on Lohan's recently cocaine video scandal, saying, "Any publicity is good publicity, but in this case, I think it distorts what a good actress Lindsay is."
